Refund policy
1. Custom-Made Products – Final Sale
All our products are custom-made to order. As such, they are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or not liking the product.
Please carefully review all product details, including size, material, and engravings, before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
2. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return under this clause:
Your item must be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
You must provide your order number and photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a return, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you.

3. Exchanges
We support exchanges for items that qualify under Section 2 (Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items).
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, design, or another product, please contact us at cs@popsilver.jp to initiate the process. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid before we ship the new item.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you based on actual circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or normal wear and tear
Gift cards
5. Refunds
For approved returns (as outlined in Section 2), refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important: Refunds are granted based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to:
The condition of the returned item
Whether the item has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Any missing original packaging or tags
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we complete our inspection.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@popsilver.jp.
