Tracking
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

Customs & Duties
Import taxes, customs fees, and duties are not included and are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 business days of delivery if your package arrives damaged. For lost packages, reach out and we will assist with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
